Creating a Voice for Conscious Parenting
Strategy and Brand Identity for Koaching with Karina
The Starting Point :
When Karina Shetty reached out to Vamos, she was at a crossroads. Her first brand, Mango House Kids, had grown into a warm, intentional community of mothers and families. But alongside it, another idea had been quietly forming: a coaching practice to help parents step into conscious, mindful parenting.
She didn’t want to be just another “mom blogger” or generic parenting coach. Her question to us was - “How do I build a brand that feels professional and structured, but still reflects the warmth and authenticity of who I am?”
The Opportunity

With Mango House Kids, I want to capture the fleeting magic of childhood — the laughter under mango trees, the rituals that make a house a home, and the little discoveries that shape family life. With Koaching with Karina, my vision is to create space for parents to pause, reflect, and grow alongside their children — to embrace parenting not just as a responsibility, but as a journey of consciousness and connection.

Our Approach
At Vamos, we believe strategy begins with listening. So we started by asking :
What does Karina want other mothers to feel when they encounter her work?
What makes her perspective unique in Bangalore’s parenting ecosystem?
How can we design tools she can use daily, without adding to the overwhelm of being a creator and parent?
Koaching with Karina needed to
Establish authority while staying approachable.
Look and feel distinct from Mango House Kids, yet connected by Karina’s voice.
Provide a platform for deeper conversations — workshops, coaching, and content.
Create a visual and content system that could evolve as the practice grew.
We weren’t just building a logo. We were creating a voice, one that could help parents navigate their biggest questions with calm, clarity, and intention.
A Visual Identity for Clarity & Growth
At Vamos, we always start with people. We worked closely with Karina to uncover what made her approach unique
She leads with empathy, not prescriptions.
Her focus is on mindfulness, identity, and emotional wellbeing in parenting — not just routines and hacks.
Her lived experience — growing up between cultures, raising children in Bangalore, and learning from global perspectives — gives her a distinctive lens.
From this, three design principles emerged :
-
Empowering, not prescriptive – everything should feel like guidance, not instruction.
-
Minimal, clear, calming – a design system that creates space for reflection.
-
Personal, but professional – blending Karina’s warmth with credibility.

A Visual Identity for Clarity & Growth
Clean, modern typography conveys structure and professionalism.
A muted, calming color palette (sage greens, neutrals, soft yellows) creates space for reflection.
Visual motifs of growth, balance, and connection echo the themes of mindful parenting.

Creating a Framework for Guidance
At Vamos, we believe strategy begins with listening. So we started by asking :
What does Karina want other mothers to feel when they encounter her work?
What makes her perspective unique in Bangalore’s parenting ecosystem?
How can we design tools she can use daily, without adding to the over rwhelm of being a creator and parent?
We imagined Instagram not just as a channel, but as a space where Karina could embody her role as a guide. Her voice, rooted in reflection and lived experience, became the centerpiece of a system that blended storytelling, guidance, and community.
To hold that energy, we built a rhythm that followed the natural seasons of parenting, allowing her content to feel both timely and timeless.
The calendar offered structure without confinement, giving Karina the freedom to adapt while always staying anchored to a larger vision.
What emerged was not just a content plan, but a framework for presence, an ecosystem that positioned her as both a trusted coach and a relatable companion.
